Hubbell 4 Plex Outlet Adapter

This is the matching wall adapter for the Hubbell 4 Plex outlet. The adapter is used with the 4 Plex outlet when you want to simply add more outlets to your existing wall outlet. Remove your existing wall plate and outlet, then install the adapter plate onto the outlet box with the supplied screws. Now the Hubbell 4 Plex outlet will mount directly onto the adapter turning your outlet into four Hospital Grade 20A outlets.
